Is the Time Card Calculator free?+
Yes. All calculation is free with no sign-up. The apps add Pro extras (Save, Excel/CSV, logo on PDF, backup) for a one-time $6.99.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?+
No. There's no registration and no login — start right away. An email is only used to restore a Pro purchase on another device.
Does it work offline?+
Yes. After it loads once, the calculator works offline on your device.
Which devices does it work on?+
Web, Chrome, iPhone and Android. The full version with Pro features lives in the apps.
How does it calculate overtime?+
Hours over your daily or weekly threshold are paid at 1.5×. The California option adds daily overtime and double-time.
Can I subtract unpaid lunch breaks?+
Yes — enter a Break for each day and turn on Deduct breaks.
Can I see my pay, not just hours?+
Yes — turn on Include Payment Information and set your rate to see your Gross Pay.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your entries stay on your device; the server only ever sees an email and Pro status.
Can I save or export my timesheet?+
Save, Excel/CSV and branded PDF are in the app; PDF/Print is free on the web.
