Using it
Is the Time Card Calculator free? Yes. All calculation — hours, breaks, overtime, decimal, military, rounding, and PDF/Print — is free with no sign-up. The apps add Pro extras for a one-time $6.99.
Do I need to sign up or create an account? No. There’s no registration and no login. An email is only used to restore a Pro purchase on another device.
Does it work offline? Yes. After it loads once, it works offline on your device.
Is my data private? Where is it stored? Your data stays on your device. The server only holds your email and Pro status, never your hours.
Which devices does it work on? Web, Chrome extension, iPhone and Android. The full version with Pro features lives in the apps.
Calculating
Can I subtract lunch and breaks? Yes. Enter the Break for each day and turn on Deduct breaks to remove unpaid time.
Can I calculate overtime? Yes. Turn on Include Payment Information and choose Calculate Overtime (Standard) for daily/weekly thresholds, or California Overtime Calculations for built-in California rules. Overtime is 1.5×.
Does it calculate my pay? Yes. Set your Regular payment rate and the summary shows your Gross Pay.
Can it do a bi-weekly or monthly period? It works one week at a time; total each week and add them. Pro’s Save keeps each week.
Does it handle overnight shifts? It calculates within a single day. For a shift past midnight, enter the hours before midnight on one day and after on the next.
Saving, exporting, Pro
Can I save or export my time card? PDF/Print is free. Save, Excel and CSV export, a logo on your PDF, and backup are Pro features in the app.
How much is Pro and what’s included? A one-time $6.99 (lifetime, all devices). It unlocks Save / My Timesheets, Excel/CSV, logo on PDF, and backup. Free in some regions.
Is there a subscription? No — Pro is a single one-time payment.
How do I use Pro on another device? Tap “Already purchased? Restore by email,” enter your purchase email, and type the 6-digit code. No password needed.
