Bi-weekly time card calculator
To calculate a bi-weekly pay period, total week 1, then total week 2, and add the two together. This calculator works one week at a time, which keeps it fast and accurate — and Pro’s Save (in the app) keeps each week so you don’t lose it.
Get the app — more features, more convenient. Save each week, export to Excel/CSV, and add your logo to PDF.

## Step by step- Calculate week 1: enter each day’s Start, End and Break; read the weekly Total Time.
- Save week 1 (in the app) or write down the total.
- Calculate week 2 the same way.
- Add the two weekly totals for your bi-weekly hours.
- With a rate set, add the two Gross Pay amounts for your bi-weekly pay.
Why one week at a time?
The calculator totals by day of the week, not by calendar date, so it stays simple and error-free. A bi-weekly period is just two of those weeks added together — and the app’s Save makes keeping both effortless.
Example
- Week 1 total: 38.5 hours.
- Week 2 total: 41.0 hours.
- Bi-weekly total: 79.5 hours.
