Bi-weekly time card calculator

To calculate a bi-weekly pay period, total week 1, then total week 2, and add the two together. This calculator works one week at a time, which keeps it fast and accurate — and Pro’s Save (in the app) keeps each week so you don’t lose it.

## Step by step
  1. Calculate week 1: enter each day’s Start, End and Break; read the weekly Total Time.
  2. Save week 1 (in the app) or write down the total.
  3. Calculate week 2 the same way.
  4. Add the two weekly totals for your bi-weekly hours.
  5. With a rate set, add the two Gross Pay amounts for your bi-weekly pay.

Why one week at a time?

The calculator totals by day of the week, not by calendar date, so it stays simple and error-free. A bi-weekly period is just two of those weeks added together — and the app’s Save makes keeping both effortless.
