## How to calculate weekly hours- Turn Show weekend on for a 7-day week, or off for Monday–Friday.
- Enter each day’s Start, End and Break.
- Turn on Deduct breaks for unpaid time.
- (Optional) Add your rate under Include Payment Information.
- Read your weekly Total Time and Gross Pay in the summary.

You can start the week on any day. Use the Week start dropdown to begin on Monday through Sunday, so the grid matches your own workweek. The calculator totals all the days you fill in.
Example
You work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch each day, at $20.00/hour.
- 8 hours/day after lunch × 5 days = 40 hours.
- At $20.00/hour = $800.00 gross for the week.

Can I use a 5-day week? Yes — turn off Show weekend for a Monday–Friday week (the default).
